Whether inter se promoter tranfer prior to delisting would be counted for the purpose of calculating trading turnover for ascertaining whether the shares are infrequently traded?
If the Interse transfer is done through Stock Exchange i.e. BSE or NSE , then the same will be reflected itself in the Stock Price data on the exchange. If the transaction is the Off market transactions then the same will not be taken into account.
