If promoters holding in a company is 84% and the promoter wants to delist the Company through RBBS process what should be the post RRBS holding of the promoter?
As per Regulation 17 the minimum promoter holding after RBBS in this case should be 92%. The calculation for the same is (Existing Promoter Holding + 50% of the Offer size) = (84% + 8%) = 92%
