	Sajjan Export (India) Pvt Limited (Acquirer) have announced the proposed acquisition of 13,68,900 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- constituting 43.23% of shareholding of  S A Portfolio Limited pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines 2003, through the Reverse Book Building mechanism of the Exchange. The shares of the Company are currently listed on Delhi Stock Exchange Limited (DSE). A floor price of Rs.10/- per share has been fixed as per the Guidelines. Bids Open on - 2nd December, 2009 Bids Closes on - 4th December, 2009
